Teller Transactions Per Hour

Congratulations to Arsenal Credit Union for being this month’s FMSI “Chart of the Month”, with an impressive 22.4% increase in productivity from January 2009.  

This trend chart includes history from inception to current month of the transactions per teller-hour (TPH), otherwise known as Productivity. The productivity value for your organization is calculated based on total teller area transaction volume and total processing hours for your organization. Remember, the productivity value is a common unit across all of FMSI’s client organizations. There’s no reason why your employees can’t be motivated to improve production and move your institution closer to the top.
